• Pre-Designed Covers:
  • These covers are sold as non-exclusive and may be purchased by other customers.
  • You receive a license to use the design for your project, but ownership of the design remains with bookCover.
• Custom Covers:
  • These covers are exclusive and will not be resold to other customers.
  • Once payment is complete, you receive an exclusive license to use the design.

Permitted Uses

You may use our book covers for:

• Publishing your book in digital or print formats.
• Marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Personal or commercial projects, as long as the use complies with these rules.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer the book cover to another party.
• Claim the design as your own or use it as part of a logo or trademark.
• Modify the design in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of BookCover or others.
• Use the cover in projects involving offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

 Attribution

Attribution is not required but is appreciated. You may credit BookCover as the designer in your book or promotional materials.

Revisions and Alterations

• You may request revisions to your cover as per the terms of your purchase or membership plan.
• Unauthorized modifications to the design may result in termination of your license.

Expiration of License

Licenses for purchased covers do not expire, but failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the license.

Reporting Unauthorized Use
